Lava

Lava All-Ceramic System is an innovative CAD/CAM technology for all-ceramic crowns and bridges on a zirconium oxide base. The esthetics and bio compatibility of Lava restorations represent the optimum in all-ceramic systems. Preparations require removal of less tooth structure, and cementation can be accomplished using proven, conventional techniques. Color able frameworks that are thin and translucent ensure a natural and vital appearance. Lava All-Ceramic System provides one of the most durable and esthetic all-ceramic restorations available today.

Belleglass HP Next Generation

The "next generation" of indirect composites, belleGlass NG, incorporates advanced nano-particle and submicron filler technology, creating the most significant development in composites in the last ten years, surpassing previous belleGlass benchmarks and setting new industry standards for polish, shine and wear. Developed by the same team of chemists and researchers who created Herculite, Prodigy and Point 4, today’s standards for high quality direct composite materials.

Light, heat and pressure produce the highest degree of material conversion (98.5%), giving belleGlass superior strength and wear characteristics. The opaceous dentin’s high filler content exceeds 87%, providing exceptional strengths and shrinkage of less that 0.94%, which means better margin integrity and less chance of microleakage.

The opalescent appearance more closely characterizes natural enamel like no other composite based material. belleGlass restorations provide less wear to opposing dentition than porcelain because they are not as hard or abrasive. Studies from the University of Alabama have shown posterior restorations maintain polish and luster for 8 years, making it smooth, comfortable and long lasting.

Captek Porcelain Fused to Metal

The Captek crown is the result of 30 years of research by an internationally renowned prosthodontist and world-class dental technician, with the sole purpose of developing the best restoration to offer their own patients. This unique scientific breakthrough enables your dentist to deliver natural, long-lasting crowns and bridges that, most importantly, are healthy for your surrounding gums.

For centuries, gold has been known as the preferred material for dental restorations. Captek’s advanced technology combines all the advantages of high-purity gold, without sacrificing the strength of lower gold dental materials. Years of research and patient satisfaction have proven that Captek crowns are durable, accurate, resistant to harmful bacteria and plaque, and --- what will be most obvious to you, the patient --- attractive. With Captek, you can now have the esthetics of an all-ceramic restoration, combined with the strength of a PFM. Captek fabrication technology employs capillary action to produce precise-fitting 22-karat gold copings and frameworks that provide exceptional strength and esthetics.

The 22 karat gold substructure provides an intensive red color, which mimics that of vital dental pulp, playing an important role in natural tooth esthetics. With its warm gold color, Captek eliminates the gingival "gray line syndrome" that is common with PFMs. The need for porcelain butt margins is also eliminated because the margins can be finished down to a razor edge with no distortion or gray shadows.

Captek restorations are also unique in that they exhibit less bacterial accumulation than with conventional, full-coverage PFMs or even high-noble, full cast crowns (see table). Clinicians have observed that tooth surfaces restored with Captek appeared relatively plaque free and were associated with more healthy periodontal tissues. The sites restored with Captek have approximately 1/10 the bacteria of normal tooth structure. >CAPTEK is an advanced metallurgic technology for producing high hold metal substructures for crowns and bridges. It is an internally reinforced gold material that exhibits both the color and workability, and nobility of pure gold along with the strength and stability of the platinum/palladium family of cast alloy.

If metal free crown is not applicable then we recommend Captek.

Full Casting

The union of CAD/CAM technology with zirconia and alumina framework is making gold casting completely obsolete. However, in cases where a gold restoration is prescribed type-III gold (73% gold alloy) is used for full crown and type-II gold (83% gold alloy) is used for inlays/onlays.

Implants

Our implant department technicians have undergone rigorous training and are thoroughly educated on a wide variety of implant systems. We possess the intricate skills that proper implant restorations demand. We utilize the latest CAD/CAM technology to produce custom abutments from zirconia (all-ceramic material), which has allowed us to slowly eliminate metal abutments. Compared to traditional metal abutments, our CAD/CAM-milled zirconia has provided enhanced esthetics without sacrificing strength. We are committed to providing doctors and their patients the latest advancements dental implant technology has to offer. For doctors interested in consultation prior to implant treatment, we offer comprehensive planning assistance that includes diagnostic wax-up and 3-dimensional stints to ensure predictable, successful results.

Signature Presentation

This package offers a visually enhanced presentation. The Signature Presentation serves as a persuasive tool, which virtually guarantees patient treatment acceptance. The following are included in the package.

  1. Photographic imaging of the patient including a before and after photo
  2. Two articulated models: one of the existing condition and a second prepped and waxed model in three dimensional colors and shapes of the final results.

Patients are more compliant with treatment plans having viewed these powerful visual aids and have a greater appreciation and understanding of the benefits. The Signature Presentation is highly recommended for very extensive and involved cases. Doctors interested in the Signature Presentation must provide:

  1. Two upper models
  2. Two lower models
  3. A set of photographs of the patient, or have the patient photgraphed at the lab.
